SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR

About:

• Italian luxury fashion house focused on apparel, footwear, and accessories
• The brand combines style, creativity and innovation
• Well established and worldwide known brand

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers accordingly to the brand selling ceremony and to give advices on general trends in the fashion world showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Provide exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of brand history and heritage
• Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, accordingly to the company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
• Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry, luxury retail is preferred
• Must be fluent in German and English language
• Excellent communication, relational skills and strong client-focused attitude
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients
• Team-player mentality, commercial awareness and strong business acumen

Offering: 

• Up to €40 000 annual basic salary based on experience
• Great bonus structure/commission  
• Excellent benefits scheme
• Closed on Sundays
