SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR – ITALIAN LUXURY BRAND

Responsibilities:

• To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
• To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Must be fluent in German + English language and/or Chinese speaker. 
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Energetic, confident and with a target driven attitude.
• Full Time and Permanent contract.

Offering: 

• up to €40 000 annual basic salary based on experience.
• Great bonus structure/commission
