Senior C# Developer / Team Lead (C# Azure React) WFH / Cambridge to £90k

Do you have expertise with C# combined with leadership skills? You could be progressing your career at a global tech company that provide data centric software solutions to major blue-chip and government organisations to enable them to discover and analyse data and customer feedback.

As a Senior C# Developer / Team Lead you will remain hands-on whilst managing a cross functional team of around 8-10, with an approximate 50/50 split. The team work across the full technology stack from C# .Net and SQL on the backend through to TypeScript and React on the client side. You'll provide coaching / mentoring and conduct regular 1-2-1s to set objectives and assist with tailored development plans, continuously driving improvement of the teams' processes for iterative development and find ways to build, fast, scalable and reliable systems within budget. You'll remain hands-on with architecture and design, prototyping new solutions and tackling challenging problems.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Cambridge office once a week for F2F catch-ups and meetings.

About you:

• You have a strong software development background with C# .Net, SQL and Azure
• You have experience of leading Agile (Scrum) development teams and providing team leadership including coaching and mentoring
• You encourage a test first approach and are delivery focussed
• You enjoy assessing new and emerging technologies
• You have experience of managing business stakeholders
• You have excellent communication skills
