RBH currently have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team.

You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service delivery as part of the Customer First change portfolio. Working closely with key stakeholders in translating the needs of the business enabling the delivery of successful business change, working on multiple reviews and projects, whilst leading a tea of Business Analysts within the Customer First transformation programme.

Key areas of work:

  • To overhaul the processes and procedures used to deliver and support new systems, business activities, solutions, and services.
  • Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvement activities.
  • Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Degree or Professional qualification in Housing or
  • Professional qualifications in Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience of using the Lean methodology.
  • Experience of working on a transformation programme, ideally in a social housing setting.
  • Track record of working on projects that delivered different types of business outcomes: increasing customer satisfaction, for example, not just process efficiency or cost reduction.
