The Senior Building Surveyor role

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will be instrumental in spearheading new business initiatives, managing key client accounts, and promoting the professional growth of the Manchester team.

The role spans a myriad of sectors, including commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail.

The core focus will be on delivering professional services such as dilapidations and technical due diligence, highlighting the breadth and depth of the consultancy's expertise.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Proven experience as a Senior Building Surveyor, ideally within a multi-disciplinary consultancy setting.
• Specialized knowledge in sectors such as commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to nurture new and existing client relationships.
• Leadership prowess, capable of guiding and developing team members.
• MRICS qualification, underscoring a high level of professional and technical expertise.
