Senior AWS Data Engineer – Hybrid – up to £80k

Are you a Senior Data Engineer who wants to join a Software and Analytics company and work with a very exciting tech stack?

Pearson Carter is working with a large organisation, who are expanding their team, as part of their growth.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work with the AWS stack such as S3, Step Functions, RDS, Fargate, Lambda. Within this role, you will be mainly developing ETL data pipelines, processing and analyzing data, maintain the code and fix potential bugs .Also, you will create documentation, review processes, coach, mentor and assist the wider team as well.

Within this role, there is some backend maintenance to be done, so any kind of experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Angular or React will be beneficial.

Experience required:

• Great experience in a Data Engineer role
• ETL data pipelines development within AWS (S3, Step Functions, RDS, Fargate, Lambda)
• Python, CI/CD, Docker, Tableau
• Leading / management experience (desired)

Salary:

This is a permanent position and offers £70,000 - £80,000, depending on experience + benefits + hybrid working.

Location:

The client has got an office in South London with a flexible work environment where working from home 3-4 times per week is possible. For the right candidate, there might be some flexibility for less travel to the office.
