Senior Associate in Family Law – Northampton, Central England

Are you a Family Solicitor with more than five years' post-qualification experience? If so, I am working with one of the country's most respected law firms to join their Family team in the heart of Northampton, Central England. Recognised for it's excellence, our client are setting standards, acknowledged by the Legal 500 and Chambers, and a contender for the Family Law Team of the Year.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Managing a Caseload: You will handle a variety of high-quality, privately funded cases. Your role includes providing guidance on a wide spectrum of family law matters, encompassing financial issues and cases related to children under private law.
- Business Development: Actively engage in business development by identifying and pursuing networking opportunities both within the company and externally. Demonstrate skill in marketing and effectively cross-selling the firms services.
- Client Relations: You will excell in client care, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Team Development: You will collaborate with the head of the Central England team to enhance the team's capabilities and expand the range of services.
- Mentorship: You will offer support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.

What Experience You Will Need?

- A minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification.
- Strong knowledge of family law – both finance and children.
- The ability to develop business is advantageous
- Supervisory experience (desirable)
