Senior Architectural Technologist

My client is looking for a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist to join their award winning, friendly team in Manchester. The practice has ambitious plans to broaden their reach across the UK by delivering major projects across all sectors and scales, so this is an exciting time to join the team.

To be successful in this role you should have sufficient experience leading projects, from planning to delivery, and excellent Revit capabilities. Alongside this, you need to have brilliant organisational skills, an understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations plus technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Monitoring and leading the workload from inception to delivery
  • Substantial experience using Revit
  • Dealing with projects on site
  • Supporting and sharing your knowledge with Part I, Part II and other technical support staff
  • Speaking to clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Brilliant understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
  • Working on diverse and exciting projects
  • Working as part of a social, committed team
