Position Overview:

As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be a key player in our commercial projects, bringing your expertise in Revit and architectural design to the forefront. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Revit Expertise: Utilise your advanced skills in Revit to create and manage detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation.

Commercial Project Management: Lead the technical aspects of commercial projects, ensuring the integration of design concepts and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine project designs, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of architectural documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural technicians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Architectural Technician with a focus on commercial projects.

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software is a plus.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
