Are you an Architect who is proficient in BIM / Revit with a background in conservation, looking to join a well-established and UK leading company who offer on the job training, progression opportunities and hybrid flexible working?

Established in 1947, this award winning company are a team of over 280 Architects and Heritage experts across their 14 different locations across the globe. They are UK leaders in heritage and conservation, with some recent projects including, Durham Cathedral, The National Portrait Gallery and The Palace of Westminster!

In this dynamic and autonomous role, you will be using BIM / Revit to create and analyse detailed architectural designs for projects such as refurbishments, repairs and planned conservation on some of the UKs oldest and most profound heritage sites. You will see the project through all workstages, with regular site visits to liaise with clients , with all fuel covered, as well as overnight stays and meals whilst on company business.

This autonomous and varied role would suit an Architect who is proficient in BIM / Revit with a background in conservation, who looking to join a well-established and UK leading company who offer on the job training, progression opportunities and hybrid flexible working?

The Role:

• Create and analyse detailed architectural designs
• Manage projects of refurbishment, repair and planned conservation
• Hybrid flexible working
• Fuel allowance and accommodation covered for site visits

• Background in Conservation
• Commutable to Manchester
