Job Title: Senior Application Analyst NEC

Location: Camden, London

Rate: £440/day

Contract Duration: 3 months (Hybrid)

Role Purpose: The Senior Applications Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works, including billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing. This position will involve reconciling Major Works and Service Charge information to produce bills according to the billing cycle. Additionally, the Senior Applications Analyst will support project work as a subject matter expert, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing is essential.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL for Oracle database scripting is essential.
  • Strong understanding and experience with formulas in Excel spreadsheets is essential.
  • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day help desk calls related to NEC is essential.
  • Understanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tools used with NEC is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and troubleshooting DTIs (Data Transfer Interfaces) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with NEC modules (such as Estates and Rents) is desirable.
  • Experience with Northgate data loaders and batch processes is desirable.
  • Support the application release and deployment management process to ensure all phases are completed before release into production.
  • Install and configure software upgrades, providing ongoing technical maintenance and usage support for business applications.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within a local authority or housing context.
