We are currently seeking a keen and driven individual with an analytical mind to join our team as a Senior Analyst working with our Metering Business. Working with a dynamic team you will love the prospect of working on new technologies as we continue our journey with Smart Meters. We are able to empower individuals to work on their own initiative to ensure that we meet all of our challenges.
Your role will be a major support to our Metering operations, working on tasks ranging from Process Exception Management, Root Cause Analysis and dealing with escalated queries, whilst ensuring that our end to end processes are followed to resolution.
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same, one day you will be looking at our systems and processes, the next you could be looking at cleaning dirty data or assisting in resolving a field-based issue.
This role involves dealing with individuals from both in the office and the field, but ultimately your satisfaction will come from finding the root cause and resolving the queries.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking someone who is confident, tenacious and enjoys problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills to influence your people networks. You should enjoy being adaptable and working in a fast moving target driven environment as the business is constantly changing and evolving to meet new demands and schedules. You must have experience with Root Cause Analysis and ultimately have the confidence to take on escalated, often complex queries and drive them through to resolution.
