An established and dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants, is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team on a 6 months full-time contract.

Aims and objectives of the job:

  • Assisting with the organising and logging tracking of company data and actions taken progress status
  • Assisting with data audit of current and archived client records (both digital and hard copy)
  • Assisting with shredding of archived client records as per company Data Retention and Purge Policy
  • Assisting with the deletion of digital client records as per company Data Retention and Purge Policy
  • Assisting with the planning, transition, and implementation of new company data management system
  • Assisting with responding to and tracking email enquiries
  • Supporting the Operations team as and when required
  • Adhere and comply with all Company Policies and Procedures
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties the company might require from time to time commensurate with the role.

Desirable skills and Experience:

  • Familiar with GDPR requirements and compliance
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Experience with SharePoint a bonus.
