A leading and highly successful firm of chartered accountants is searching for a qualified ICAS / ACA / ACCA all round Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Manager to join their team, in a role offering excellent progression and development potential.
The Senior Accounts Manager reports directly to the partners, and will be responsible for managing the delivery of accounts, audit, tax and wide ranging accountancy services to the firm's clients. You will be responsible for managing teams and individuals to deliver this work and providing coaching and support to junior staff will be a key aspect of the role. You will be responsible for reviewing and finalising work and preparing reports, delivering on wide ranging added value projects from both an accounts and tax perspective. You will have a high commitment to quality and take responsibility for ensuring that quality of service is maintained. This role offers a unique experience to join a thriving accountancy practice in a managerial capacity. In addition to becoming a key part of the team you will have opportunity to take part in business development activities and contribute to the development of the practice as a whole, with associated career progression on offer.
