Senior Accountant - Practice Experience

We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Keighley.

The 4-partner firm offers a variety of services to assist small and medium sized businesses with many aspects of their accounting needs from audit, tax advice, accounts, and business support.

About the role:

• Preparation of statutory accounts to be sent to clients for approval.
• Assist clients with tax compliance.
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
• Bookkeeping duties as and when required.
• Preparation of management accounts to be sent to clients.
• Work with junior members of the team and assist with their training and development.
• Liaise with clients when necessary and build strong professional relationships to ensure the longevity and success of the firm.

About the candidate:

• 3+ years' Practice experience
• The candidate can be either AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Feel confident forming relationships with clients and colleagues.
• This role is suitable for someone who is not looking to further their professional qualifications.

Additional information:

• Flexible working hours and hybrid working available.
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
• Salary from £30,000p/a to £35,000p/a.
