A unique opportunity awaits an experienced Commercial Account Executive to seamlessly transition into a thriving book of business from the incumbent Executive. This change arises from the current Executive's well-deserved promotion, necessitating the transfer of a substantial portion of their client base.

Inheriting approximately £300,000 in income, comprising around 40 clients, this transition offers the current Account Executive the luxury of additional time to fulfil their elevated senior responsibilities. Previously overseeing solely the Birmingham office, they are now tasked with supervising multiple offices. Notably, this is a non-distressed portfolio, featuring long-standing, secure relationships cultivated over several years. A prerequisite for this role is cross-commercial lines experience, coupled with a proven track record of client retention through exemplary service delivery.

In addition to inheriting the £300,000 income and client base, the role includes a new business target. The successful candidate will be expected to cover their costs in the first year, aligning with their remuneration package. For instance, if the candidate's salary is approximately £60,000, their new business target will be set at a corresponding amount in the initial 12 months. To support this, a specialist lead-generating team is on hand to assist in booking appointments.

The role is based in Birmingham, with free parking and excellent benefits.
