I'm working with one of the UKs largest managed service providers specializing in cloud technologies and innovative solutions, due to onboarding a number of new clients they finally have an opening in their support team for a motivated individual to come and join them on a full time permanent basis.

The Senior 2nd line Support team are responsible for delivering a high level of support to their clients. You will be an escalation point for the 1st and 2nd line team and may have to visit client sites for major incident resolution and complex issues.

All they ask in return is that the senior support engineers have experience with the below technologies and are able to demonstrate them by hitting the ground running:
* Microsoft Windows server (2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022)
* Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office
* Virtualisation troubleshooting (Hyper V)
* Cloud Services (Azure/RDS/Citrix)
* Networking, routing, and firewalls (Sophos)
* VOIP Technologies

Project snd infrastructure experience is highly dsirable but the Senior 2nd line support engineer will get hands on training to complete such tasks so not essential.
