Tradewind Recruitment is working with a specialist school for children aged 4-16 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It aims to provide an excellent specialist school for students with SEND, including those with neurodivergent needs.

Job Description

Key Priorities

  • Provide an engaging curriculum that meets National Curriculum requirements.
  • Deliver and maintain effective learning and teaching throughout school.
  • Ensure effective pastoral care and behaviour support throughout the school.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day impact of own subject across the curriculum.
  • Willingness to demonstrate a flexible approach to the curriculum to meet school requirements.
  • Help organise the curriculum and its assessment and work with the SLT to monitor and evaluate it to identify areas for improvement.
