LTF recruitment and actively seeking for a cover supervisor for our partnered SEN provision based in the Redditch area. We are looking for an experienced individual to join a positive working environment where providing care and appropriate teaching material for young children is the goal.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the class and ensuring all students are on track and engaged with the work set.
• Delivering content to groups of 25 - 30 students.
• Feeding back to teachers, monitoring academic progress and group behaviour.
• Willing to work with students in who need additional academic support.
• Liaising with department leaders to devise effective student outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Is a competent with teaching & content delivery with at least one years' experience.
• Has experience of working with children with special educational needs.
• Understands supporting pupils academic progress, across a wide range of subjects.
• Has excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly.
• Is capable of controlling groups of students, using the schools behaviour policy to manage challenging behaviours.
• Will be reliable and consistent, showing commitment to raising the standards across the school.
