Role Overview:

• Collaborate closely with our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to implement effective support strategies for students with diverse learning needs
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing assessment and review process

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of SEN practices and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students with SEN
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training as required
