SEN Tutor
  • Hourly Rate: £25+
  • Location: Greater Manchester
  • Contract: Rest of the academic year (Full-time/Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team for the remainder of the academic year. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering an adapted curriculum to learners with EHCPs, behaviours that concern, and other complex learning needs. The position offers flexibility with full or part-time hours across various locations in Greater Manchester.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering tailored educational content to young people with additional needs.
  • Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that caters to individual student requirements.
  • Collaborating with other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of students, adapting teaching methods to suit their evolving needs.
  • Engaging with students to inspire and motivate them in their learning journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience teaching young people with additional needs.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding practices.
  • A UK Recognised Teaching Qualification, such as PGCE or equivalent.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
