SEN Teaching Assistants

We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and with the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.

Based within a Primary School in the London Borough of Redbridge, which is only a 10 minute walk from Redbridge Underground Station and has plenty of parking on the streets nearby. They were graded Outstanding' by Ofsted in February 2013 and would be a lovely school to work for, with a positive atmosphere and a SLT with a clear sense of direction.

As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant you are responsible to support students ranging from EY, KS1 and KS2 that have a range of needs. The children you will be working with will have either autism (ASD) and/or emotional & behavioural difficulties (EBD) therefore previous experience with ASD and EBD is essential.
