Teaching Personnel is looking for SEN teaching assistants, who are passionate about giving those within SEN great support and opportunities. We are looking for those that are available for both short term and long-term assignments in the Exeter area. Our expert knowledge will ensure that you are supplied with work in schools that are most suitable to you.
Working as a SEN teaching assistant, supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties, it is your role to assist the child throughout the school day in lessons and also around school. You will be sensitive to the needs of the child and help them to succeed in school.
You will need recent experience that is relevant to this work whether it is in your professional or personal life. You will also need to be passionate about giving those with SEN the same opportunities as those pupils in mainstream education.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
