Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • A patient and compassionate demeanor, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of students.
