Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding SEN Teaching assistant for leading special school in Bridgend. The role is a full-time Learning Support assistant position with ASD. The post is to start in April 2024 working until the end of the academic year, with the potential for it to continue into a permanent position.

This leading Bridgend Special school are looking for an experienced 121 learning support assistant with ASD experience. The school will accept applications from a current SEN Teaching Assistant or an SEN Teaching Assistant who can show they have the ability to make a positive impact on the pupils.
To be successful in your application you must be an inspirational SEN Teaching Assistant looking to take on increased responsibility with pupils with ASD.

To join us and be successful in this ASD Post you will need to:

* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* Teaching Assistant experience is essential, also previous experience with Autism and challenging behaviour
