We have a fantastic opportunity for you! As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide one to one assistance to students with special educational needs in order to support them throughout their academic development.

***SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

***£85 - £95 per day

***September 2024 Start

***Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30 term time only)

***Providing 121 specialised support and leading small group interventions

**Key Responsibilities**

• Follow the student's EHCP/IEP diligently to provide suitable support.
• Provide personalised assistance for learning and tasks.
• Foster an inclusive environment to encourage positive well-being.
• Create customised resources specifically tailored to the student.

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Prior experience with students with special educational needs.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the educational progress of SEN students.
• Skilled in collaborative teamwork within a team-oriented environment.
