SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Location- Northfield, Birmingham
  • Daily Rate- £85- £100
  • Start Date- ASAP
  • Days- Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
  • Hours- 8:30am to 3:30pm

Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children with SEN?

LTF Recruitment are looking for a nurturing and friendly SEN teaching assistant to work in our Primary schools in Northfield. This role will involve working in Reception & Key Stage one on 1:1 and in small groups supporting children with SEN The role is offered on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the successful applicant.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience working in Reception or Key Stage One
  • Has experience supporting 1:1 and or small groups
  • Has experience or knowledge of supporting Children with SEN
  • Has TA qualifications or relevant degree.
  • Phonics experience (non verbal skills desirable)
  • Can work as part of a team.
  • Has a sound understanding of the primary curriculum
