Tradewind is currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers to join our team for the new academic year.

The Role:

  • Work within a supportive and nurturing special needs school environment, catering to the diverse needs of primary school students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual primary school student's abilities and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to develop personalised learning plans and interventions.
  • Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with primary school children with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN profiles and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
