The Headteacher is seeking an experienced class teacher to join them from September 2018. The head will consider applicants on both a full time and part time basis.
Previous SEN experience is desirable, but the school will consider applicants from the mainstream sector who have an active interest in working in a SEN environment.
The school is a primary school which caters for pupils with communication needs, autism, social and emotional health. The school has consistently been graded outstanding by Ofsted. The school is set in a large and modern building. Classrooms are large and bright and are all equipped with fantastic resources and facilities. Set in a large outdoor area the school has its own eco site, large playing fields, adventure playground and outdoor garden. Classes are made up of 6-8 pupils in each class and there is the full time support of a TA in each class. Classes are grouped according to needs as opposed to age groups.
The Headteacher is seeking a part time SEN teacher on a permanent basis from September. The role will be paid to MPS scale with a SEN allowance. You will be responsible for your own Key stage 1 class and have the full support of an LSA.
The school is set in the beautiful region of Bourne End - Buckinghamshire.

To join us and be successful in this SEN Teacher role you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
