A specialist school in Bristol are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher who is eager to find a school that feels like home. This welcoming and dedicated school focuses on each child's personal development and individual targets. They build genuine relationships with families and caregivers to ensure all children are in the best position to succeed.

The school caters to children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism, communication and interaction difficulties, and physical and sensory needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with these SEN needs and be able to plan and support children to progress in line with their EHCP targets.

All staff at this school have high expectations for students' independence, social development, and academic achievement.

Requirements of the SEN Teacher role:

* Degree in any subject

* QTS

* Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one

* Experience working with children or adults with Autism and/or communication needs and/or sensory needs

Information about the SEN Teacher role:

* Monday-Friday

* 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

* Paid to pay scale

* Temp to perm opportunities

* Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with children's EHCPs

* Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of students

* Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective support
