Ignata Education is now accepting applications for a new SEN Deputy Headteacher at a SEN School in Bristol to join on an Interim basis from Easter with a view to the role becoming permanent ahead of the new academic year. This role would suit an experienced teacher or Middle Leader who is ready take on the increased responsibility or a current Deputy Headteacher with excellent knowledge and understanding of working in a SEN school. As the Deputy Headteacher of a successful SEN school, you will be required to:
- lead members of staff effectively on a daily basis
- always deliver outstanding teaching lessons
- help and inspire those around you to perform their maximum ability levels
- act as the leader of the school along with the other Senior Leaders in the Headteacher
This school is a well-led SEN primary in Bristol and is a specialist school for pupils with multiple and severe learning difficulties, most of the pupils have been diagnosed with autism. The school is also well supported with a long-standing place in the heart of the local community.
