Ideal candidates for these roles will have a minimum one years’ experience within a similar role, have a minimum Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or higher/equivalent) and have good behavior management skills.
Experience in small group work and 1:1 support is desirable and not essential for the roles and any experience with SEN children would be extremely useful.
