Join our team as a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant at a reputable SEMH/SEN school in South Gloucestershire ! We're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to work with Secondary aged students facing Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. This is an immediate start opportunity to cover the rest of the academic year, with potential for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children or young adults with challenging behaviour and possess a keen understanding of Special Educational Needs. Experience in a care or school setting, particularly with secondary aged pupils, is highly desirable. Additionally, training in Learning Support and familiarity with teaching young people with attachment disorder are advantageous.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing engaging educational support, assisting teachers during lessons, and promoting the emotional well-being of our students. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable pupils, we want to hear from you.

Location: South Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £85-£110 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 3:30

Start date: ASAP

End date: 19/07/2024 - potential to be extended into the new academic year
