Reed are working exclusively with an outstanding independent SEMH School based in Stockport catering for 5 - 18 year olds who are looking for a PE Teacher.
About the role
You will be delivering inclusive, responsive and innovative teaching and learning within the curriculum area of PE to both primary and secondary. You will lead and developing the delivery of BTEC Sport to key stage 4. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding/good teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed. Under the reasonable direction of the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will carry out the professional duties of a school teacher as set out in the current School policies.
You will teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation and policies of the school as a fully committed member of the teaching team and as detailed in the specific duties and core standards below.

My client caters for pupils aged 5-18 with complex educational needs and challenging behaviour. The students may struggle emotionally and socially within a larger school setting but the school ethos and commitment from the staff team help to provide a warm, friendly and nurturing environment where our young people thrive and achieve.
