Self employed Mortgage/Equity Release Brokers required Nationwide

Our client is a successful and established Equity Release and Mortgage Brokerage and they are looking to expand their self employed Network offering

This is a role geared towards self sufficient brokers looking for a new home. They offer all initial training, software, marketing support and PI cover all included. At this stage they don't offer leads although this may change later in the year. We therefore need qualified and experienced brokers who want to run their own business but without all the costs associated to going direct

You will ideally be qualified in both Mortgages and Equity Release but mortgages as a minimum

They can offer Admin support as well and this is negotiated into the commission split

Typical rates 70-80% dependent on production levels with all costs included and compliance taken care of
