Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We require a high quality Mortgage & Protection Adviser to work for the UK’s market leading self build, renovation and new build mortgage broker, BUILDSTORE, dealing with a fantastic lead source of new & self build homes enquiries across the SEVENOAKS, KENT region. This role has come about due to continued expansion & growth and on the whole will be field based, although one of Buildstore's business partners has offices locally too and lead generation is key with high quality leads being at the forefront of the business.

This is a specialised role and you will be a solutions provider to a high number of customers at any one time at various stages of the house building & renovation process in the pipeline, therefore communication and time management skills are imperative.

The earnings potential is HUGE for a quality adviser and you can expect to earn in the region of £50,000 plus pa or higher if you are a top drawer adviser; the role is EMPLOYED with uncapped earnings and phenomenal support.

You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation, administration & training support available.

You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12 months recent experience.
