About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact, responsible for unlocking the premises from 7 am to 9 am and ensuring a smooth lock-up from 5 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 20 hours per week. Conveniently located in the city centre, you'll enjoy free parking and easy access via bus or train. Job Opportunity
  • Act as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients and employees entering the premises and direct individuals to the appropriate person or location within the building
  • Address inquiries and concerns from visitors and staff in a professional manner and provide good customer service at all times
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building to monitor for any security breaches or suspicious activities and report any security incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities
  • Perform locking and unlocking procedures according to the established schedule and secure all entry points and ensure the premises are properly locked at the end of the day
  • Maintain control of keys and access cards for the premises; verify the identity of individuals requesting access during locked periods
  • Issue keys to authorised personnel and retrieve them when necessary and keep accurate records of key distribution and usage to ensure security protocols are followed
Essential Skills
  • SIA Licence
  • Good Level Written Communication and Basic IT Skills
  • Right to work in the UK with a five-year check able history
  • Good time management and customer service skills
  • Vigilant and reliable
