As a PI Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal part in our agile transformation and will help guide the teams in their adoption of agile principles and practices. You will guide squads to plan work through focused and engaging meetings, working with multiple squads, and coaching and upskilling scrum squads in self-management and cross-functionality collaboration.

As PI Scrum Master, your key responsibilities will be:

• Guiding squads to plan work through focused and engaging meetings
• Working with multiple squads and supporting less experienced SMs
• Coaching and upskilling scrum squads in self-management and cross-functionality collaboration
• Identifying and helping to remove obstacles that slow down squad acceleration.

• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidspark
• Proficiency in Scrum with Kanban (Scrum.Org), and Professional Scrum Product Owner Certified (PSPO).
