Scrum Master - Cardiff (Hybrid: 1-2 times a Month Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong grasp of Agile practices. You should be skilled in using Agile tools like Jira and have a good understanding of how Agile teams work within larger frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in understanding Agile roles within scaled frameworks like Tribes and Squads.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to support team members and effectively handle challenges from stakeholders.
• Facilitation of discussions, decision-making processes, and resolution of conflicts.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive successful project delivery.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Coaching, team leadership, and team-building expertise, possibly backed by relevant qualifications.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based technology solutions and delivery, including concepts such as containerisation, API management gateways, CI/CD pipelines, and Automation Testing.
• Knowledge or experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and implementations.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence specifically.
• Financial Services Experience
