Scrum Master - Bath (Hybrid work) - Award Winning Software Company

£50,000+ / Hybrid work available / Dynamic team work / Personal training budget

A longstanding client of Oscar's is looking to expand their well established team with an additional Scrum Master, where you will benefit from hybrid work, private healthcare, onsite gym and a personal training budget.

What you'l need:

• At least 2 years' experience as Scrum Master working with a technical team
• Experience in coaching individuals and teams
• Be an extremely good problem solver with good organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

The office is based in Bath and you'll be needed in the office 3 times per week.
