Job Description:

Due to our expansion, a dedicated Scientific Information Officer is required to join the UK's leading vitamin supplement company based in NW London. We are looking for a dynamic person to be involved in various duties including:

  • Answering scientific concerns from customers.

  • Liaise with Internal departments and external organisations to acquire information that is needed.

  • Working closely with Quality control and the Regulatory department to help solve technical concerns that arise.

As a Scientific Information Officer you will be acting as the first point of contact for customers and resolve any technical queries professionally and effectively, or redirect them appropriately within the organisation and ensure follow up to provide a high level of customer service. You should have very strong written and verbal communications skills, and be organised, resourceful, flexible and responsive. Most importantly, you must be empathetic and able to communicate well on technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for Science graduate. While ongoing training will be provided, previous experience in a technical or healthcare customer service environment is desirable. A healthcare or nutritional background is not a requirement, but would be an advantage.
