This temporary position will commence on May 7th and conclude on June 7th, offering a rewarding chance to make a difference in the lives of students.

Position Details:

  • Role: Full-Time Science Teacher
  • Duration: May 7th to June 7th
  • Location: East Riding of Yorkshire
  • Responsibilities:
    • Deliver engaging and informative science lessons to students.
    • Plan and prepare teaching materials in line with curriculum objectives.
    • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
    • Fulfill marking responsibilities to ensure student achievement is accurately recorded.
  • Salary: Payment aligned with the main teaching pay scale, ranging between £153.85 and £211.96 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Requirements for Science Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Proficiency in teaching Science subjects at the secondary level.
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in learning.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to plan and deliver lessons effectively.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a DBS on the update service, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Submission of a comprehensive CV detailing full career history.
  • Provision of at least two satisfactory references.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
