We are looking for a qualified teacher of Science to teach Science at a successful Secondary school in South Bristol from April 2018. This is a full-time Science teaching role and includes planning and marking. You will be joining an established Science Department and will be supporting the current staff in continuing to increase student attainment. If you have experience of teaching this would be advantageous, but is in no way essential for this role.
This role will include teaching classes at both Key Stage 3 and 4. There is also the potential to teach Science at Key Stage 2 within this school as they are an all through phase school from Key Stages 1 to 4. The role is expected to finish in July 2018 and the school welcomes applicants from NQTs as well as more experienced teachers of Science.
To be considered for this role you must:
*Hold QTS status
*Have a thorough and in-depth knowledge of the Science curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
*Have the ability to work collaboratively within a well-established, supportive and dynamic Science Department

The school was last graded as Ofted 'Good' with Outstanding Features, one of which was the Senior Leadership Team. Staff regularly comment on the supportive environment and cohesive team that work there.
