School Support Assistant Opportunities in Derbyshire Schools

Supply Teach are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of supply staff in Derbyshire secondary schools. We partner with various schools across the district, offering flexible opportunities to meet your needs, whether you're seeking day-to-day assignments or longer-term placements.

We offer positions for:

  • Qualified Teachers
  • Cover Supervisors (no prior experience necessary, training provided!)
  • Teaching Assistants

What do support assistants do?

  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans during teacher absences.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard.

What are we looking for?

  • People who have a passion for education or are looking to start their educational career.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Transferable skills and/or experience working with children.
