My client is looking to recruit an innovative and motivated HR Manager to join the school’s senior support team.  Working within a small HR team, the brief will be to enhance the HR offering across the school, partnering with a number of the departments to support on day to day HR requirements.

The successful applicant will be charged with reviewing and improving HR initiatives and ensure HR plans support both the needs of the school and meet the changing requirements of the organisation as it grows. You’ll support the leadership team in every aspect of HR, including all employee relations, delivery of policies, wellbeing, ED&I recruitment and retention.  You’ll support the team with overseeing HR documentation including staff contracts, policies and procedures, forms, staff handbook etc. ensuring that they are regularly reviewed and updated and compliant with employment legislation and safer recruitment.

You’ll enjoy developing and mentoring a team and relish the opportunity to partner across the school with different staff contacts. A CIPD qualification, alongside a good working knowledge of employment law is required, with a strong preference for schools or education sector experience.
