I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a school in East London

This will be an ASAP start on an ongoing basis

The working hours are on an full time basis, Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30

Key focus of this assignment :

A sound understanding of payroll administration from a HR perspective, acting as intermediary between school and payroll provider (such as the LA)

Confidence in dealing with pay-related enquiries

Experience of recruitment and on-boarding, with particular focus on safer recruitment processes.

Sickness absence and monitoring

Provision of quality workforce information and reports

HR systems administration and implementation

Experience of giving first level advice on policy and procedures

Casework administration, file management and record keeping

Ideally, we are looking for schools HR experience but willing to consider wider HR exp in a similar industry with relative work experience

A DBS will be completed on the successful applicant unless an Enhanced DBS is subscribed to the update service is held.
