Are you an experienced school caretaker/site supervisor or maintenance professional looking for a new role in Kenilworth?

Winner Education are currently seeking a caretaker/site supervisor for a primary school in Kenilworth to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work. This role is a part-time, split-shift, short-term placement to cover sickness leave. You must be available for an immediate start due to the urgency of this role with a DBS on the update service.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site
  • Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works
  • Open and close the school buildings
  • Move furniture/equipment when required
  • Fire safety checks
  • Fire alarm checks
  • Legionella checks


The successful caretaker will:

  • Have sound technical knowledge of buildings
  • Be professional and presentable
  • Require previous school caretaking or maintenance experience
  • Have a valid DBS on the update service
  • Be flexible with working hours and job requirements
