Join our dynamic team at Accelerate Teaching as a School Administrator at a Secondary School in Kirklees! We are seeking an experienced individual to fill this vital role and contribute to the efficient operation of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and communication with staff, students, and parents.
  • Organise school events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
  • Support the school leadership team in various administrative functions, such as budget management and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and examination data, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Assist with admissions processes, enrolment procedures, and student welfare matters as required.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate the smooth running of academic programmes and extracurricular activities.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests from stakeholders, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative software, including Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
