To act as a focal point in respect to all communication requirements to maintain a smooth flow of work on the Response Contract (and other contracts in support and cover where required)
To co-ordinate the completions of all jobs from, Operatives, Agency and Sub Contractors as well as liaising with Customer Service and Client Support
Organise, allocate work and offer direction to Operatives and Sub Contractors on jobs to ensure continuity and improve/identify good or poor productivity
Act as liaison point for Branch Management and the Client call centre.
Promote teamwork and co-operation between Client / Suppliers / Operatives and Sub Contractors
Liaise with tenants concerning appointments and requirements in order to carry, plan and agree larger works required in order to reduce inconvenience and disruption to tenants
To undertake any other duties as required by the Company from time to time, if these duties are of a greater level of responsibility or skill that those required in the post, then full training and appropriate supervision will be provided where required
