Are you an experienced SCDP (formerly CFSP) specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our George Baker team as an SCDP Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the SCDP authorisation process and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day execution of the SCDP process.
  • Ensure compliance with the conditions of the SCDP authorisation.
  • Complete simplified frontier declarations, supplementary declarations, and final supplementary declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify, process, and organize all documentation to deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of quickly evolving new customs legislation and border processes.
  • Provide expert guidance to colleagues and customers.
  • Handle queries and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customs clearance experience.
  • Good knowledge and operational experience in SCDP.
  • Familiarity with Chief, CDS, Destin8, CNS.
  • Analytical and numerate with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
  • Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with a keen eye for detail.
